Solution

The invoice date depends on the service type, the choosen payment type and the payment term:

a) You have parked a domain name, but not leased web space:
You receive the invoice at the end of the month when you ordered.

b) You have leased a Bitpalace Business Booster web space:
Transfer and Paypal payers receive their invoice approximately 70 to 90 days after their order and have 21 days to pay the invoice. Direct debit and credit card payers receive their invoice no earlier than 100 days after their order. The reason for that is the 100-day-test period during that no payment needs to be made. A payment is expected only after the 100 days have passed. If the web space was cancelled during the test period, by contract term only the annual domain name fee will incur, but no web space fee.

c) You have leased a Bitpalace ValueWebspace:
You receive the invoice at the end of the month when you ordered.

Follow-up invoices for transfer and Paypal payers are sent on the first day of the month the precedes the domain lease year. You have 21 days to pay the invoice. If the payment is not made, the domain name will not be renewed. Follow-up invoices for direct debit and credit card payers are created on the first day of the month when the current contract period ends.

Direct debits and credit card debits will occur on your statement approximately one to six days after the invoice date.
